Not sure the anbu cloth is worth it. Maybe lucky board better?

They probably decided to increase the price because of how popular it was for the last few times it showed up in events. So if it shows in lucky board and it's almost the same price in treasure of the sages then they did increase the price.

I play in a relatively new server , I'm level 77 and I'm almost 40k power. I think I can spend a little bit on seals haha.

Even so there are plenty of items you can spend you coupons on rather than seals. If your're active enough, you shouldn't be worried as you get enough to spend if you're patient enough.
