Same as mklai said. Recruitment feedback is limited to three treasures, kage, lightning treasure and jinchuriki. Lightning took one month to be added to Recruitment feedback event. If you want to draw from a new treasure your only immediate option is limited recruitment. Next week is limited recuitment, I think you can go for GNW treasure if you have 300 scrolls next week.
