Then don't use your mystery to kill him.... Kill the other ninja first or use ninja that can start combo's without a mystery. His hp and def is not that great he is easy to deal with if you are not on auto.
The only people I have seen think he is OP are the ptw players that NEVER leave auto. They nearly kill him turn one if they get a combo on him and then the AI will try to kill him with a mystery and miss turn two.
Don't forget he is a rare ninja and all of the rares are better then the more common ninja. he is just in the survival shop atm or very few people would have him.
Ugh just say you like tobi and ignore facts -

How about you get off your high horse and think outside the box for once.
Either ignore him completely and nuke the ninja(s) that will break the combo chain, or use a control type ninja to cc him.
In other words, use other builds/setups/lineups.
actually at least on my server I never saw anyone using chars like ino or shikamaru which are control chars and also if you have a bit of common sense you will understand that tobi can revive avoid all kinds of attacks ignite and do a lot of damage, yeah nothing to nerf here and I wouldn't mind if its not nerfed just stating some facts,peace! He only has a very high chance of evading the very first mystery attack for each round and only revives once per fight, so no, he doesn't evade all types of attacks each and every time like you just suggested, so take some time to think in how to approach this.
CC doesn't only mean chaos, immobilize, or etc., but acupuncture, paralysis, sleep, etc., so once again, take some time to think things through before moving on. This post was last edited by Godsu* at 2016-9-7 21:43

- Just like Iruka tobi can be ignored and left for last in pvp where both of them lose you battles is ranked where your ninja r tar deadly fixate on killing him and he just dodges or raises himself again.

He deals good damage but it's not too high. Don't forget he is a rare ninja just because he is in survival for now. Most rares have two chases, he has one that deals high damage if the target is affected by ignite. There is no point nerfing his damage when most of the other rare ninja do just as much if not more.
GNW Kankuro is not even considered rare and while deals the average amount of chase damage but his normal attack (with a puppet) deals really high damage, hits two targets that also suffer burn AND it has a 100% chance to hit + high float. Then you have his mystery that deals good damage ignite and poison on the whole enemy team. The only reason we don't see more of him is because he is only 2* and that let's fire mains one shot his puppet.
I dont see how you end up comparing tobi with kankuro gnw lol,and he is not that rare you can get him with survival credits from survival trial.. -

The reason I used him is to show that Tobi is not the only high damage ninja there are plenty of them. The only reason Tobi get's so much hate is because he is in survival and everyone can get him. If he was not in survival and only a few ptw players on each server had him no one would complain.
The 'nerf's Tobi will have are not even going to lower his damage output and can even be considered buff's in situations. He will have +20 chakra every turn like sage Naruto rather than the revive, his ability won't cause knockdown anymore but with the extra chakra he will be able to use it turn two after a 40 chakra skill to finish off the enemy ninja. I also heard his dodge will get a buff but I don't know if that is true.
trust me there would be even more hate if only p2w people could get him,but since everyone can get and use him makes things better -

- So Tendo and First Hokage are gonna get a please nerf thread soon too? Doubt it. If anyone needs a nerf, it's Ao. Only way to stop him is Chaos, Acupuncture, or Immobile. Otherwise, expect 2 ninjas to be acupunctured round 1. ;P
