it depends on your power, roshi is pretty crap before 100k power, and hes only really the 'god tier' that our heavy spending moderators talk about at 120-140k power because they can gear him to be unkillable in any team

if we are talking for the normal f2p player base in the 60-90k range, then mei is still going to be top tier with this change, it will just make lightning more viable as a meta, and there will be a hell of alot more control teams runnign around with jinpachi and kushimaru, all in all, it doesnt make jinchuriki/kage unviable, nothing does aside....
