1＃ Go ToOnce you are in a high enough level, you will have a lot of spare basic refines, common/medium threads and clothes. It would be nice if you can refine these same as what you do with ninja fragments. Maybe 100 basic exchange for 1 medium, 100 medium for 1 advance, 100 advance clothes broken down to 10 advance threads, etc.
Also, it would be nice if we can refine those nature stones because ever since 3.0, it's a huge pain to collect them; 3 times the pain.

you can sell basic refinement runes in space time strongest combat shop and many other things (not everything you talked about).
I hope too they implement a way to sell the other useless things too.
