I don't think they can extend a Server Opening Event just because there are some population issues. We all had to deal with that when we first started out. Besides, if you wanted to make such a request, a post in the Customer Service section might yield an official, and slightly more refined, response from either Daiske or one of the official Customer Service Representatives. :handshake
