I mean why do you think trumpet was even a thing? Why not just allow everyone unrestricted access to world chat? It's to counter spam of course. And if vast majority of players can't use them up, that means the allocation is reasonable. The only people I have seen running out of them for legitimate reasons was group recruiters at the start of the server. Everyone else was, in fact, rather spammy. So frankly, if you are running low, it's probably some very personal reasons and you could buy them w/ coupons if you want to talk that badly. But frankly, considering that you are being caught by an anti-spam device, it's time to reexamine how you burned them all.
