The rumor is that if you don't have sufficient initiative, the enemy gets a huge buff.

I have yet to see proofs for proving or disproving this theory.

lol in my server im on the top and im the one who got high initiative th*l players in my server, i keep asking my group mates if they have the same bug with mine they never encounter it.
