There is always one week of events between lucky board and cave key rebate , so it should be next week. Decent events though. Mission global is the best f2p event so far in the game.

There is no limit, however if you are planning on spending your stamina pots for points i recommend you to spread them through the week. It may have nothing to do with it but last time i felt that after a certain number i wasnt getting nearly as much points and the first pots.
