it's just that those ninjas aren't unlocked currently, so their fragments, even if are gathered don't get displayed (but i feel as soon as we get gnw treasure they'll magically appear out of nowhere).

I suppose the wrong names are wholly dependant on a mistranslation dued to this fact.
