hey anyone has any idea on how i can contract the white tiger summon to stand right next to my character?

You need a contracting scroll(obtainable from events) for that and i guess its level 3 of summon cultivation for illusion crow and katsuyu for reaching that hexagon which needs a contracting scroll.

I have seen people with both katsuyu and illusion crow. So i guess you will need 2 contracting scrolls, one for unlocking katsuyu and one for illusion crow. Not sure as i have never received a contracting scroll.
