Not working. *Group Won our NW* Cross Server Ninja War

My group won the Ninja War on my Server... I am attempting to sign up to participate in the Cross Server Ninja war and Im getting an Error

I click participate in cross server great ninja war.. and it just spins, and then i get an error that says.. exceeded request time out #d0141 ...

Anybody help with this.. The Group that took 2nd place is having the same error.

The reason why it's happening is that saturdays are finals for gnw. Since there was no cross gnw this past wednesday, there were no teams to determine for this saturday's gnw, I assume no one won't be able to particpate until the upcoming wednesday.

As far as I know, the cross server GNW NPC is bugged. You could just go to normal GNW NPC and check your group ranking in last week's war(based on points from wednesday if i am correct). If you are in top 16 in your server your group qualifies for GNW(which obviously you will )..I am not sure whether it needs additional registration, but think you dont need it because it's based on qualification from the top 16 in your previous GNW for which you have registered.

Thats all im trying to figure out is if I have to re register for it.. We won for our Server.. so.. im not sure how many servers our in our cluster.. but I would think we would qualify.. right

My group gnw npc is sayiing this. but I am unsure about this stuff, whether registering again for normal GNW would affect X-server GNW. It's confusing.gnw issue

For the Cross Server GNW.. I cant even get it open.. it errors out.. ive waited.. i did not register my group for in server GNW till today... nobody on my server can access it

FAQ for Cross-Server Great Ninja War

Q : When will the fist season of XServer GNW open ?

A : This weekend (2017.12.09). Last weekend was only registration round and players could enter only normal GNW.

Q : Do I have to register my group for XServer GNW ?

A : No, if your group participated last week in normal GNW, you will be placed in ranking according to how your group did. If your Group's name appears in this ranking, this means you will participate in XServer GNW instead of normal GNW. Only TOP 16 groups from each server will be able to participate in XServer GNW.

Q : How do I know my group qualified for XServer GNW ?

A : You can check the ranking in your Group base. All you have to do is talk to Staff member for Great Ninja War. He will show you two tabs and one of them is "qualifiers". This is the ranking for XServer GNW. If your name is displayed there, congratulations! You have qualified for XServer GNW.

Q : What will happen if my group did not qualify for XServer GNW ?

A : Your group will participate in normal version of GNW with rest of the groups that did not qualify for XServer.

Q : How often is XServer GNW ?

A : Every two weeks. After current round of XServer GNW ends, groups will have to qualify again.
