My advice is go for Roshi and you can then gather for Han and from then on for gnw treasure. Han , Roshi , water main , Hanzo is a very good team and you can get off your 30 hit chase Roshi too.

The previous meta was passive barriers + buffs , now it's roshi and han because han removes buffs and shields and roshi removes barriers. After GNW treasure comes out the meta will be madara , naruto , edo hiruzen , edo asuma , edo hashi , shisui , edo sasori and when sasuke Susano'o and ay 4th raikage receive skill books. Roshi will still be a good pick , but han will fall off the meta , because the new ninjas won't need shields or buffs to be op.
