For wind, I would recommend the tactics Tiger Hunt or Thunder God. Use talents Dance of Impetus, Wind Style- Gale Wind, Combo Blade of Wind, Wind Dance, and Multi Shadow Clone and use the summon Demon Fox. Upgrade Neji, Chiyo (or any other ninja that can resurrect) and Kakashi

In my opinion, regular Neji is better to use but you can test it out yourself to see which one is better to you. Use Tiger hunt. Use Demon fox for every one until you get a better summon.

For Fire, use talents Sealing Jutsu, Bomb Blast Dance, Genjutsu Mirror Return, Celestial Prison, and Oboro clone jutsu. Use ninjas, Sakura (GNW), Kankuro(GNW), and Jiraiya. Use tactic Ghost Kill.

For Lighting, use talents bloodthirsty demon, chidori, lighting armor, anbu special, and beam of light. Use ninjas, Guy, Sasuke, and Kimimaro. If you get Asuma (Wind Blade), replace Kimimaro with him. Use tactic Thunder God
