She only use healing in the turn she not use mystery it is a bug? Cause her standard attack is like Kabuto but he heal in every turn Reply

Her mystery is not a Jutsu, so, it can't be done with Standard Attack. Jutsu are used quicker and are compatible with Standard Attacks, Ino Mystery (or Gaara 3 star) is not Prompt, so Ninja will use a Standard attack or his/her Mystery, depending on your choice.
