refine is gone? what do you mean by that? we dont have refine items anymore to improve initiative etc or we dont have anymore refine rebates?
I was talking about refining fragments since you were talking about it. It seems that the option to refine ninja fragments won't be available once the scroll system is introduced. If you don't know what the scroll system I'm referring to search on youtube since their on videos that explain it greatly.

and about the other points from the shops should i use them or keep on saving them?
i have been saving them for a week now not sure what the best thing to do. since i want to be prepared when the shops are updated
If you are referring to group and arena shops, then you can save, get frags for ninjas you don't have yet or go after power. Ranked and survival coins becomes useless once you get your refinement lvl up to 4 so just use them for refining frags.
