1＃ Go ToI've included a screenshot detailing the bug.
It seems multiple players experienced the "Auto Upgrade" *on taking coupons & ingots, some severe more than others.
From my understanding for "Auto Upgrade"it stops when it levels up the gear or when there's not enough materials (depleting what's left).
In game desc
ription says "Auto Upgrade will use the corresponding materials until the upgrade is complete. It will automatically stop if materials are insufficient. Do you wish to start Auto Upgrade?" *In the photo desc
ription below, I can confirm I HAVE NOT bought any charm packs this week and the loss of 3k coupons & 3.3k ingots is strictly off using "auto upgrade" -

I think there's a bug in game regarding charms and rebates what happened when upgraded to 4.0?
It's a rare unique bug, and I must have been extremely unlucky for this to happen.
I upped 3 gears the morning of the update using auto upgrade and everything was okay no cp/ingot loss of any sort. This was in my home using a wired cable connection.
The 2 gears upped in the evening, I was on my mobile phone, using data connection (very laggy), and perhaps it had to do with this?
I'll update this post when OAS gets back at me with a concrete answer and hopefully a solution.
