About the coupons, i dont know how that works because i never tried purchasing Monthly Card but, i think, you can get your coupons after the Server Refresh, 05:00 Servertime .. Im not sure so correct me if im wrong or provide here some answer ..
Hi! Terribly sorry for the inconvenience, we found that there was indeed a bug on the monthly card but you do not need to worry! We have extended the monthly card by one more day. The reason for the issue is due to longer maintenance times which may have caused an error with the monthly card.
