I was playing on *t account and went to do a 10 draw on the Tendo treasure but didn't get a full 3 Star character like it guarantees, instead I only received 30 fragments for Suigetsu and 2 star Kabuto. This happened on Server 24 New York Hiruzen under the account name Tanavast, hopefully this is a bug and not something else..
