Since the 4.0 came out, i havent be able to claim the naruto's froggy deposits. Its the second day now. the client claims it has been claimed but it hasnt.plz fix it

Since the deployment of 4.0, i haven't been able to claim any Naruto's Froggy Deposit...

Been 3 days now which mean 15x Random rune Stones lv 3 Pack, 3x Tactics Optional Gift Pack and 9x Seal Scroll....

Plz fix it already...starting to feel like i was robbed
