I'm not sure about the flower guard change, it's pushing toward a blitz style, everything else seems good.

I'm using WB iruka GNW tenten for 9 tails, so the only impact is that turn 3 cast become turn 4, which means after buff wears off. Other than that, no difference.

Assuming, ofc, the secondary target only came at the cost of the chakra cost and the damage to each target is not nerfed.

natural draining would have been good, but queen is still better... probably... it does if it count itself, not entirely sure on that XD. Thou natural draining will help people clear coin trail for those who can't sweep yet.
