So....wheres the updated skill changes? its night time already oasis we need to see that before 4.0 comes.
It might appear, more or less detailed and correct, someday. No worries, we'll propably do proper patch notes ourselves once again :P shame they actually don't post pre-releae changelog, it would help everyone- us with information and them with feedback if anything doesnt work as indended. Apparently, after 1.5 year some people still never learn.
