Are you talking about elemental attribute damage? Such as Fire, Earth, Water, Wind, and Lightning? If you are: Fire>Wind>Lightning>Earth>Water>Fire.

I believe if you are strong against an element, then you will deal +20% damage. If you are weak against an element, then you will take +20% more damage.
