To be fair, every version does its own thing (even between versions operated by Oasis). Speculation wise, having these 2 treasures would be interesting to say the least, especially because they seem to have added "event exclusive" ninjas to one of the treasures. Personnally I doubt this would happen, Oasis is traditionnally more greedy with the free content in their versions and these treasures look a bit generous under our current 60 pull system. All in all I'd like something like this, but after a year and half of Oasis, I'll st1ck with my healthy pessimism.

Yup, Germany got the big one they have in China, ergo we will also get this one. I still think the split treasures was a cool option, but I'll just be happy to get all these new things regardless of how they are packed.

Sadly no, there are a ton of cool ninjas in there though, so dont worry too much! I promise everyone they will not miss Minato and masked man at all once they get their hands on edo Sasori, kushimaru kuriare and Fuguki!
