Best way is to save up 15k coupon/ingots, and max out lucky *. You'll get 50 fragments for doing the 300 draw, and lot of extra stuff from the * itself. Otherwise, you are looking at 800 ingots per fragment on certain events. Those two methods are the only ones with any realistic chance of getting you anywhere. A fragment here and there from chase ect are completely insignificant.
