He was on events to be redeemed few times.
But redeem points were very high and I chose power instead. Otherwise you'd get 1 or 2 frags for 1 event. If you're not using your cps.
I kinda want it to complete my Jinchurikis attribute XD
He also can be found in Chase Mission. I have only 1 frag so far for the entire time i've played this game.

Best way is to save up 15k coupon/ingots, and max out lucky *. You'll get 50 fragments for doing the 300 draw, and lot of extra stuff from the * itself. Otherwise, you are looking at 800 ingots per fragment on certain events. Those two methods are the only ones with any realistic chance of getting you anywhere. A fragment here and there from chase ect are completely insignificant.
Interesting. I've never thought of that. You also get Kage boxes too right? Optional?
