i use Water M-kurenai-kimimaro-sailor sakura team.. it's doing great.. i use the talents shark bomb/skewering (depends) - 4-2-2-monkey king or just the normal monkey... this focuses on chaos + poison. use skewering to beat those LM which uses immunity otherwise use shark bomb to chaos more ninjas. Also, i recommend skill breaking kurenai (in my case i have her 5 star and skill broken her chase + standard.. how? from survival trial and arena shop.. now i'm 50 frags away to skill break her mystery)

I cant understand the reasoning of the team. In this four sakura seems to be the only tank..so surely you will opening up one of the others, or you can go reserve seal with water main or use a water clone, which means poison tai cant be used for sakura to poison the entire team. Plus in this setup 1010 doesnt have chakra for mystery till 3rd round, and since you dont have a barrier player, and your opposition gets it for sure, you will take some heavy damage and dont know how much tenten or shurado can take damage, even if you go full heal with both sakura and main. First round you can interrupt, but second round you just have to heall and wait. Normal teams with two healers or three involve a heavy tank esp with scaling ability like roshi or kimimaro who get stronger with damage.

FROM MY POINT THIS TEAM DOESN'T HAVE THE SURVIVABILITY OR DAMAGE TO WIN THE GAME.

Again the same issues of the above team, here iruka insteda of shurado to interrupt, and iruka buffs rest of the players. This team is better than above one for more damage and durability. Iruka can sort of survive with dodge(lol he even dodges beast bomb in nine tails) and shield and heal, but stil both him and 10-10 are squishy. Even though better than above team it still lacks the extreme damage or extreme durability which is needed in PvP. If you need control you can go neurotoxin, but it would be hard to trigger a combo here, unless you use an attacking mystery for water main, but then water main need to be placed in a better position so he acts fast, but still she cant go above iruka as his interrupt would be useles if he is in third or fourth position. Two players have 10 combo and it would be very hard to trigger that except when tenten does mystery, also gnw10-10 and sakura have repulse-high float combo, so defintely you willl need lightning tiger, but stilll the question remains who would create repulse in this teamfor combo to start. Maybe assuming tenten's knockdown starts combo, water main can have knockdown to high float then followed by lightning tiger. You can get a 5-6 combo with that.that. Probability of starting a combo with standard attack is hard and except main none of the others here have a mystery that starts a combo. +Combo would be really hard to setup for this team as far as I see.

For any other suggestion you need to tell what all ninjas you have. Definitelly you will have kimimaro, you can try what Khonsu told. Go three healeres with kurenai and kimimaro, you can try kabuto also. Mei is not so much a rare ninja, she is obtainable as well as other kage barrier ninjas. Seems you are in beginning stages of the game. Lightning would be best as of now, you c*e sasuke for barrier, kimimaro, hinata, guy...Lots of option for good lightning teams.

For sailor sakura and azure fang to work well together you need the full healing setup and a tank or an enduring hits ninja (kimimaro, choji, hebihime, choza, han, roshi, ay 3rd) + you need an high damage dealer (sage naruto, roshi, ay 3rd, mei, minato jonin/hokage) that's why the teams han roshi sailor sakura or roshi sailor sakura sage naruto/jonin minato are so easy to find in spacetime and swb.
