For Shizune: You must save 2 mysteries that can start a combo; use one AFTER she heals on her 1st round and use a second mystery to start a combo BEFORE her standard attack on the following round.

For Karin: Same as Shizune except Karin heals twice in round 1. Start 1 combo AFTER her standard attack. IMPORTANT: Interrupt her skill on round 2 (she ALWAYS heals before she casts poison spray). Interrupting her prevents any action, thus no heal until her standard attack. Use the second mysteries to start a combo and finish her off before she does her standard.

Just get some ninja at position 1 so they can interrupt Karin before she uses her mystery.

As for my LM lineup, I used Kabuto, GNW Kankuro + Kinkaku combos. Pretty much a sure win as long as you do the things above.

You can choose any other ninja you wish to use, but Kabuto is quite an essential part of this SA. Other than that, just get an 8+ combo for any lineup you want.
