regarding the Additional Event - November 27th, okletsgo. It means Oasis gives you more meaning to throw money at them by giving you rewards and ninja fragments if you recharge. The event should already be out now on all servers, if not i guess you can send a rapport. I dont know if every server has the same, but for my server the ninja fragments are Ay.
