Hey everyone !
So I have decided to do a 9 tails event goals for you guys who want to earn those coins and exp, I hope the newer players will appreciate this thread.
First of all I wanna say from my experience Fire Main is simply the best main for doing 9 tails and you will probably find best results while using him (just a tip).
Second of all the positioning in the teams I will show you is all ba
Third almost all the teams I will show you feature Iruka and Windblade Asuma (Why? Because those 2 ninjas have a very versatile buffing passive and serves good in 9 tails + asuma 20 chakra bonus.) but rest assured you don't have to use these ninjas, I will offer some replacement ninjas suggestions below the pictures of each "Manual Barrier Team".
Lastly all teams are using the TonTon summon because it seems to be doing higher damage than chameleon. Your overall performance in 9 Tails will vary depending on your power, whether you bought the % supports and whether you revive and quickly attack again of course.
Now I'll be diving the mains in 3 categories with the teams (1. Hashirama Team, 2. Auto-barrier team, 3. Manual barrier team) and a personal tip for most of the teams is to put your best equipment (stack) on your main because most of the 9 tails teams revolve around main doing the highest damage.
Alright then let's start.
1. Fire Main
-Hashirama Team
Now this is typical and most of the Hashirama teams will look like this, Hashirama is pos1 so you can cast the barrier right away, Him and Iruka on attack tactics, main and wb asuma on ninjutsu tactics.
Stack the fire main with best equipment because he is the one doing the highest damage.
Round 1: Hashirama barrier and fire main mystery.
Round 2: Wb Asuma mystery.
Round 3: Fire main and Iruka mystery
Round 4: Hashirama mystery
Round 5: if still alive Fire Main mystery and retreat.
P.S. This is quite possibly the best 9 tails team in game currently, it does very very high amounts of damage.
-Auto-Barrier Team
Onoki is my suggested auto-barrier ninja for Fire Main, he is perfect since he buffs all in team (earth, wind, fire) + the extra standard attack can be nice. (the only downside of the team is the Onoki mystery animation which I believe does waste a small amount of precious time)
Round 1: Fire main and Iruka mystery.
Round 2: Onoki mystery.
Round 3: Fire main and WB Asuma mystery.
Round 4: Onoki mystery.
-Manual Barrier Team
Since this is the F2P friendly teams I'll throw some suggestions as a replacement if you don't have Asuma or iruka, you could try using ninjas such as Guy, Tobi or Normal Hidan. (not recommended but it's an improvisation)
Round 1: Anko Barrier and Fire Main mystery
Round 2: Wb Asuma mystery.
Round 3: Fire main Mystery, Anko mystery.
Round 4: Iruka mystery.
2. Lightning Main
-Hashirama Team
Very decent team, the only downside is that LM buff is only buffing himself, but it's alright since he is the main damage dealer in the team. (stack him with best equipment)
Round 1: Hashirama barrier and Lightning Main mystery.
Round 2: WB Asuma mystery.
Round 3: Iruka mystery.
Round 4: Hashirama barrier and Lightning Main mystery.
-Auto-Barrier Team
A classic blitz team for the pure damage except using Lightning Sword standard attack due to elemental damage being better vs 9 tails. (also very auto battle friendly team)
Round 1: Lightning main and Iruka mystery.
Round 2: Darui mystery.
Round 3: WB Asuma mystery.
Round 4: Lightning main and Iruka mystery.
-Manual Barrier Team
F2P friendly team, if you do not own Iruka and WB Asuma I recommend replacing them with Guy and GNW Tenten (or Kakashi).
Round 1: Sasuke mystery and Lightning Main mystery.
Round 2: WB Asuma mystery.
Round 3: Sasuke mystery and Iruka mystery.
Round 4: Sasuke mystery and Lightning Main mystery.
3. Water Main
-Hashirama Team
Same as Lightning main the downside of this Hashirama team is main only buffing herself but overall it's a great team with great damage.
Round 1: Hashirama and Iruka mystery.
Round 2: Water Main mystery.
Round 3: WB Asuma mystery.
Round 4: Hashirama barrier and after it Water Main and Iruka mystery.
-Auto-Barrier Team
The reason I prefer GNW TenTen in this team is to utilize the Water buffs , also she is a great damage dealer with her mystery and 10 hit chase as well as providing a crit buff.
Round 1: Iruka mystery.
Round 2: Water Main mystery.
Round 3: GNW TenTen mystery.
Round 4: Water Main and Iruka mystery.
-Manual Barrier Team
You can replace TenTen for WB Asuma of course if you would prefer it, also a decent replacement for Iruka can be Guy or Suigetsu.
Round 1: Haku Mystery.
Round 2: Iruka and Water Main mystery.
Round 3: GNW TenTen mystery.
Round 4: Haku mystery and after it Water Main mystery.
4. Wind Main
-Hashirama Team
Round 1: Hashirama Barrier and Wind Main mystery.
Round 2: WB Asuma mystery.
Round 3: Iruka mystery, Wind main mystery.
Round 4: Hashirama Barrier.
-Auto-Barrier Team
Pretty much same as the Fire Main team it works great with wind main also.
Round 1: Wind Main and Iruka mystery.
Round 2: Onoki mystery.
Round 3: WB Asuma mystery , Wind main mystery.
Round 4: Onoki mystery , Iruka mystery.
-Manual Barrier Team
F2P friendly team, my suggested replacements for Iruka/WB Asuma with wind main would be Temari(Five Kage Summit) and Baki.
Round 1: Gaara barrier and Wind Main mystery AFTER the barrier.
Round 2: WB Asuma mystery.
Round 3: Wind main mystery and Iruka mystery.
Round 4: Gaara barrier.
5. Earth Main
-Hashirama Team
The Mystery is a bit optional in this team, I would prefer the double standard but you c*e the other 2 damage mysteries also it would work out fine.
Round 1: Hashirama barrier and Iruka mystery.
Round 2: Earth Main mystery.
Round 3: WB Asuma mystery.
Round 4: Hashirama Barrier, Earth Main mystery, Iruka mystery.
-Auto-Barrier Team
Same as the Hashirama team , the mystery usage is debate-able for sure. All have their benefits.
Round 1: Earth Main mystery , Iruka mystery.
Round 2: Onoki mystery.
Round 3: WB Asuma mystery and Earth Main mystery.
Round 4: Onoki mystery and Iruka mystery.
-Manual Barrier Team
F2P friendly team, if you don't have Iruka or 8 gates Lee I can suggest using GNW Lee, normal lee or Kiba.
This team is an exception as I recommend putting the best equipment on Lee for the highest damage output.
Round 1: Yamato Barrier
Round 2: Lee mystery.
Round 3: Earth Main mystery and Iruka mystery.
Round 4: Yamato barrier and Lee mystery after it.
Phew that was a long thread, hope you guys found it helpful
Just want to say two things about the azure fang teams:
1) Against world boss in general you don't use Water Style - Flowing Whip, but Taijutsu Attack for the simple reason that owns an high critical chance and its basic damage is higher due to the fact the chance to start the low float combo is lower. (a slightly higher basic damage AND +15% critical chance).
2) Haku team currently is WORSE than wb asuma, tenten gnw, iruka, azure fang team.
Haku doesn't give anything more than wb asuma, but conversly, during round 1 and round 4, haku doesn't hit with his standard attack and never uses his mystery in this rotation (while, instead, asuma uses it in round 4).
So the comparison is between 2 haku standard attacks vs 4 wb asuma standard attacks + 1 asuma mystery +1 iruka mystery (since with wb asuma in haku place you c*e iruka both in round 1 and 4, instead that only in round 2) considering a globally equal damage boost (slightly lower for tenten and water main but way higher for iruka that hits every round with his chase) and the fact that iruka boosts asuma while doesnt' boost haku the result is, indeed, in favour of wb asuma in comparison with haku.

Hm but wb asuma buff is easier to lose especially the low level F2P players, since that team is more aimed for them.
Well anyhow of course there are a lot of options , I just named some examples (not purely best team).
is this team good? i always use this . always gt top 2-3 without using revive and just the free hokage buff. i use mifune because he gave 30% nin and attack to sword ninjas

Yeah that looks pretty good, I like it :)
You could always test the GNW tenten-iruka-mei one and see what brings you better results
I was looking at the lightning main teams, and wouldn't it make more sense to run the Warrior's Kililng Intent instead of the Lightning style Enhancement. For the Auto Barrier lineup it boosts Asuma, Darui, and MB instead of just Darui and MB; the same is true for the manual barrier. Is the ninjutsu buff that powerful for these line ups?

Hello, i would say about the 1) always use elemental attacks vs world boss they have more dmg in general and plus you crit often enough for getting higher dmg than the normal attack..
The team that i use is as follows, pretty similar to my normal team tbh just changed talents and summon.
Wind Main, Sage Naruto, X
Bee 7 swords, Gaara 5th,X
X,X,X
im lvl 83, 52k power.
with wind buff from main, barrier from Gaara and buff from Bee to jinchuruki and double attack on Naruto, he's doing about 80k - 160k damage per turn with just auto attacks.
mystery order is:
turn 1: Bee on Naruto and Wind Main hurricane
turn 2: Naruto
turn 3: Bee on naruto and Wind main then Gaara after Naruto gives his sage chakra.
Retreat as bee attacks so round 4 doesn't start
Something else i notice is that you are staying for 5 rounds, a lot of buffs fall off after 3 (Auto barriers included) so you are actually losing a lot of potential damage by over staying those 2 rounds, if i stay for round 4, Naruto's damage drops to about 20-30k per auto instead of 60-80k.
Hello!
Several questions:
Is Shisui a good substitute for Hashirama/Darui/Sasuke in Fire/Lightning main teams?
Are orange Combo Chase Summons better for 9tails than TonTon? Technically, none of them is a single target chase, but maybe they're stronger due to their status?
Shisui can be a very good substitute, however I wouldn't be exactly sure on the overall damage improvement, you would need to do small testing there.
The thing with TonTon is that it actually helps teams to even reach those 10 hits, some of the teams find it hard to reach.

low level f2p simply don't own asuma wind blade so the problem is not there :-)
you wrong with earth main, here is the best team for earth
I ve tried both and lee team is better, he hits way harder than main so he will be the main damage dealer, and he can deal more dmg in the turn he does 4 standards than asuma in the whole fight
