Hi! Terribly sorry about the confusion. This post was replied to by two individuals earlier today, but for some reason both responses are missing. I was one of the ones who also replied but my reply is nowhere to be found. Terribly sorry for the confusion again, I always reply with a reasoning before closing any thread.
We are aware of the problems with signing in before the event update and our team is investigating this issue for a fix. I highly recommend taking a screenshot of your daily sign-in (completion) as well as taking a screenshot of your Summer Memories Daily Sign-in (non-completion). Please also include the time stamp in your screenshot and server. Afterwards, please send all relevant information including in-game name, Server ID, and UID to Customer Support and let them know your issue on a case by case basis.
