Um, 22 is not a reduction from 17. Plundered convoys now get five more coupons than they would without the 4.0 update. I do not see why free to play players would be complaining about that.
in 3.0 we f2p could get 3 SS plunders in other words 150 coupons everyday
now we get 1 free SS plunder and 1 free SS convoy = 85 coupons
half of what we used to get before :))
