• Not entirely sure this is waht youasked, but, when you use it on a light armor/root lightning main (or ninja), the ninja will get the debuff (so the root buff will be removed first), if it doesnt say "control failed". But if the cotnrol fails, the root will still be removed, or so i experienced. Not sure abput the lightning armor, it never failed yet in such situation.
