tbh jonin...his scaling is really nice

At the end of the day it depends on your play style. i think han can remove hokage minato resistance buff but cant do anything to jonin minato....jonin minato is full on attack mode while hokage minato is somehow defensive, dont get me wrong his attack is still there but after 5 rounds (the standard amount of rounds to that most buff last except barrier that can be put up again) his attack is kinda low compared to jonin minato who just keeps getting buffed.. as Kuro said his skill book makes hokage minato better.

nice, does that attack the the whole team? if yes does it add ignition,interruption and tag to the whole team?
