When people request to be friend with u . it will show up . also u need to blacklist people to make it work .

this is another problem. i have people in the blacklist, that i can't remove them from there. we have to team up and use the team chat...

Hi! It should be working but I highly recommend reporting this issue directly to customer support. I have not encountered this before and will also be asking the team.
