I got sailor sakura for roughly 2.8k coupons from lucky board and on top I got 14 seal scrolls and tons of other resources like level 4 magatamas and charm parts etc too. I already had about 14 or so frags from the free event 1 year ago if anyone remembers

  • As i said in the other thread you get in average 3-3.5 stars per roll. So she costs 40-45 coupons per fragment there.

in lucky board she costs the same but you also get extra resources so I would recommend getting her from lucky board
