If u dont have many ninjas go with team 7 (sasuke/naruto/sakura) you get free frags so ez to get them 2 star. Actually all ninjas are viable but not all work good together. There are some ninjas who work in almost every team: Hinata 2 star / Sasuke 2 star / Shikamaru 2 star / Kabuto from redemption shop 5 frags for 500 points / Neji 2 star. It depends on your main character which one you shoudl take but i recommend Sasuke 2 star with hinata 2 star since they add tons of combos (lighting attribut in general have good combos).

Thanks for the information, yeah ninjas are no problem right now on my server im like in 2nd place for most ninjas we're all at 18. I really really want to fit the Kankuro or Hinata into a successful group since they are my favorite in the series. Both have really neat abilities and are Unique. I even have Nine Tails Naruto just fitting them together can be a hassle sometimes, I appreciate the information and the website.

For fire i think 2 star sauske and 2 star hinata and 2 star neji will be good
and with 3 star sauske it will be better
