Sadly, the game seems to prioritize Kabuto's Mystery at a higher priority than Hinata's. The only way Hinata's Mystery can proc instead of Kabuto's is by manually forcing it to. In auto battles, you really have no choice but to allow Kabuto's Mystery to proc. :(
