Hi there! As of this moment, in my server, still no one got Minato Jonin (Except we already have 1 Minato Jonin from the last lucky *) .. And from my observation, this kind of ninjas, i mean a rare or star popular in demand talk of the town ninjas in a Spinning Wheel Events usually comes only in 1 piece, i mean only 1 player .. whereas, Minato4th comes in three's and the other rare ninjas .. they basically sees or check the popularity and opinions of the players on who's what's why's best ninja to get, to invest or to gamble with .. and that's whats happening now with Minato Jonin, his popularity as one of the main ninjas for an end-game team, and usually used for competing cross-server events, the demand for it is going high, and most spenders are willing to spend just to get him .. thus, making his drop rate to go low and giving it to low-level players to make other fired up to spend more .. If you have lots of cash to spend then go, but if you're F2P with limited resources, then think before you click :D

although hokage minato at a later point will get a buff making him as good or even better than jonin (gains 8%/12% atk/combo scaling before each action)

his skillbroken perma res buff can not be removed by any sort of debuff mystery

So what you are basically saying is that they are still using the 1 ninja drop per server per day routine? which would lead to alot of paying players not getting the ninja simply because after 1 drop the chance would go to zero until next day. I thought they clarified that it was removed/changed or something.

Yeah! but with the current status of our Minatos now, jonin is more popular and most used in end-game battling than the kage one .. thus, making this thing for them to benefit more from earning good because people are trying to get him and recharges like hell xD .. and most of the players didn't know that minato kage will have a skillbreak or buff in the future so, they tend to like jonin more .. that's only my opinion or my idea .. :p i

i like Minato hokage more . even have no chase he still good for buff whole team .

Yes .. I like Minato kage too, not because he's the only Minato i have but yeah, for starters, his Passive Resistance is great, ultimately when battling against debuff Ignite-Poison teams, and second, his Mystery Skill is crazy as hell, an AOE th*so cancels or interrupts ninjas .. I actually hate it get matched with someone with Minato Kage xD ..
