3 people from my server got it. One of them spend like 50 dollars

Maybe that's the case, but the three people who got Minato in my server were actually the top players. I honestly think this is just the matter of luck. One person got it, everyone else fired up.

If you are a f2p player, honestly, avoid these type of event is the best. Just depend on luck and free chances. Again, one of the players in my server spend 50 dollars on it just for Minato. There had been 3 players who got it so far in my servers and they are all p2w. I am unsure how much the other two paid for.

But if the drop rate is this low, might as well just avoid it.

Same with the "Try Your Luck Wheel". I spend ingots on it everyday and I can't even at least get 30 coupons.

That's what I originally said. But at the same time, saying p2w it's not involved is also sorta wrong. Or at least, if you are p2w, you got much better chance to win.

The top players server had to recharge their ingots overnight and I'm pretty sure some of them paid 50 dollars to pull. After 3 tries (of ten) or so, they got him. One of them got Minato in their first pull, but it wasn't a free chance.

3 tries of ten = 600 coupons/ingots.
