events are pretty much set on rotation idk why ppl be complaining about them ,

one thing i took notice of is the change of ninja exam events rewards which means they do actually listen .other than that if this week you dont feel like spending lucky board is probebly next week

  • Im going all out on the Lucky Stars Wheel.I want that jonin minato.I already have Hokage but i want him too.He's better.

Hokage will get a buff in 4.0 patch, he will also get the 9% or so attack increase each time he triggers his 10 combo and he gets 1 skill-book that makes his passive 40% res buff permanent 10/10 rounds and it can't be removed by other ninjas, in CN hokage minato is very hard to get because he is only in the top 1st position rewards and 99% of the time the top spenders get him.

don't spend those 1.5k on star wheel, save them for lucky board on the 23rd probably and by then you would have saved up about 2-2.5k. trust me lucky star wheel is never ''lucky'' that one time alot players got minato hokage was most certainly a glitch or they messed up the ''chance'' and entered 10.00% instead of 1.0%
