Basic: gnw packs, ranked shop, monthly points, space-time shop, winning side of sage world battlefields, events*,

Medium: group shop, monthly points, events*

Advanced: sage world battlefields (performance based), rescue the jinchuuriki (80+), space time torunament phase chests, events*

Not sure what kind of refine, but weekend event (rolling the dice) awards x-level refines as well

*events in hot topics, in general
