Well, kisame and kakuzu frag aren't exactly easy to get, since they are not in elite instance, so the OP's proposal might not be too unlikely. I mean getting 30x80=2400 frag out of group/ranked show will cost 480k coin respectively. I don't think that's an amount anyone have ever gotten since start of game.

That said, it would make getting him piecemeal through event easier. Say if you get 1k regular frag for 33 super rare ones, you only need to get about half as many frag through events.

The same logic applies to Hidan : DPH

Deidara, however, would be a different story. Since he is in elite instane, farming him out would be much easier. Also survival coin is by far the most abundant and useless coin, so he is easy x by comparison. Thou he is not listed by the OP so maybe he thought of this tad bit.
