Trying to work out if there's a way of using the LM's Heart Flux talent and actually make it effective (no I'm not trying to beat the meta with something wierd, I just like experimenting with builds)

The thing I'm finding is there doesnt seem to be a noticable increase in attack power when on high chakra, The team I was using was

X LM Bee(samehada)

X X X

talents 32243 summon DOH

So quite frequently im on 100 chakra when kisame is attacking resulting in lots of combo/accupuncture, but the Lightning mains normal attack should be getting a 160% attack boost and I don't feel like it's hitting that hard. Am I misreading the talent?
