What you have is fine. If the issue is that you are losing, it could be the lack of power you have since you're below the average power for your level.

If you are using jonin in a proactive, not reactive way (meaning you aim to interrupt with him and your ini is usually higher on move2) you might consider placing sakura below minato, so minato is move2 and sakura move3. Don't know why exactly you are looking for a new lineup, but since you c*e minato every round, it might help you to have him available to interrupt enemy moves 2, 3, 4 instead of just 3 and 4.

Yep mostly i saw lvl 65-68 is near 27k-29k bp . so that pretty low .

That's not true, if you have that power at lvl 65-ish chances are that you're level freezing a little. Most people who progresses normally as a small spender or free player will probably have about 20k give take on your progress.

Refine : stack your refine and wait for rebate
Charms : stack like atleast 100-200 charms for rebate
lvl up ur magatama , gt from event , Ninja exam or buy from shop

Purify : gt atleast blue or higher is better like purple or gold .
cave rune : stack ur key like 200-500 for rebate , like this week rebate
upgrade ur Battle Armor
summon scroll : stack 100 for rebate and draw it ( do this every time) u will gt Much of rune and also gold summons.
balance all this thing on all gears and put more effort on whole 1st move ninja gears set

But level freezing is becoming more common for players to be able to competitive in their level bracket. If they choose not to or don't know the concept, they'll lose interest in pvp events since they won't catch up to does who have.

If you spent those 30k+ coupons in power now you would be 50k+ with a f2p lineup and you would own anyone in your server that isn't a whale.

Just a small update I've been taking advice and am at 45k lvl 81 thanks for all the help :)

I'm at 50k power, level 76. Though I think you did well collecting those two very good ninjas, so it's fine I think.

It would have been much better if you had Iruka or Asuma WB instead of Sailor Sakura, and just switch to Wind main for flower guard and impetus to let Minato spam his mysteries more, and for another round of masked man control. Azure is a healer, yeah, but she's a better support type for ninjas that can tank their way through many rounds. On the other hand, switching to wind lets you finish battles faster with a guaranteed round 1 and 2 CC from masked man (just make sure you use his mystery after the enemy does its standard attack and has triggered dodge if there's any).

If you get lucky and get Shisui, he's way much better than either Iruka/Asuma with his barrier enhancing everyone + is also a dodge ninja.
You would then have a 3 dodging ninja with an immune wind main with a very strong hard cleanse.
