Thats the rank they are , not their name.

That's the player's rank. Opponent names are hidden in arena. there is no way to tell who they are if they do not chat. If your opponent is from a merged server, then you can see their server tag, but still not character name.

But sometimes i see normal names, so it make no sense, and this "players" with ranks never respond.
