When I first started the game and encountered seal treasure. It said that by doing a x10 draw, I would get ONE of the 'Designated Ninja' guaranteed. (The Designated ninja being the ones that are on the list of ninjas in the draw 10 offer). However, I have heard stuff about this not being the case. What is the situation with the draw 10 offer?
