But my concern is, if i piece it and redeem fragments of Anbu Armor now, what are the chances of appearing of this Clothing in events again, and if does, im afraid maybe it will become obtainable via Coupons only and not like this week, can obrtain thru points ..

No. Great Tree, it's an AAAAAAAAAAAAALL-IN type of event.

Buy part of it will cost more than you know.

Unless this Anbu cloth will eventually show in Konoha Shop event.
