Why not? lmao all i can think of its ppl not wanting their water mains to get nerfed.
honestly speaking i see only buffs for azure fang.
healing jutsu gets a chance to heal two people.
soul absorption changes in a way that gives 30 chakra and +15% permanent ninjutsu boost for every killed enemy up to twice per round.
cursed mark test changes in a way that grants 5% critical and reduction of cd by 1 before each action that delivers ninjutsu damage directly (if i read it correctly, i could mistake, i'm not sure about this one XD)
reserve seal becomes the same skill healers in BF owns (40% chance to dodge everything up to twice per round).
