    the fact someone already has him means he isn't expenses it seems. or super exclusive.

He might just be on a Mod acc so yeah, no use asking how much he is atm since it will be a lot of time to get him, he will surely be on the new seal in china.

I highly doubt Tencent would make another treasure. You would think they would have after releasing gnw treasure back in Summer 2016 but nothing. There's very few rares they could come up with and most of the remaining canon ninjas looks like they're event exclusive.

It was info posted on the CN forum. Also they made him a premium ninja. He's currently in a spending event (inos flowers) 20k minimum. No seal unfortunately.
